Hi, my name is Amber and this is my first post!

To start off with the basics, I’m 14 years old, I live in England and I made this blog to kind of contain all my thoughts, because I really have nowhere to put them. You can expect to see posts from me about music, books, art and photography.

I listen to music religiously. I love indie music, my favourite band is probably the Arctic Monkeys which is really cool because they came from my town. At the moment I’ve been listening to bands like The Wombats and The Kooks. You’ll be seeing a lot of posts about all this because I’m obsessed.

Reading has always been a big part of my life. Ever since I was young I’ve loved reading. The best book I have read so far this year is called All The Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. It was so touching and really hit important topics such as mental health in teenagers.

I enjoy drawing sometimes. I’m not the best at it because I don’t quite have the patience but it’s a nice feeling to have spent hours on something and have that end product that all your effort’s gone into.

As for photography, I’m currently saving for a Canon 1300d, literally the camera of my dreams. My current one is broken so I’m absolutely gutted to not have anything to take photos with!

You can also expect some lifestyle kinda stuff too, dunno where I’m gonna go with that to be honest haha.
